well it's been ages since I posted here and so much has happened I have moved from Hawaii to Australia to semi retire (I am still processing from home for the Insurance Co I was working for in HI) four of my children live here with their families (6 grand babies here) so I keep pretty busy.
I have been baking a lot of cookies and cakes and cooking all kinds of dishes it's been an adventure Australia is a great place to live very easy to adjust to, except for the meat (poultry, pork, beef) all take time to get used to not sure why it taste different must be the feed. But I am still making dishes for my family and they enjoy them. I have several recipes I want to post and lots of pics I will try post up this month. Have a great day everyone!
